This is a medical alert shoe tag in aluminum. This is stamped with a medical symbol and "Type 1 Diabetic" in red ink (if you would like a different saying or color just send me a message). You have your choice of the rectangle or teardrop shape, and single (one shoe) or double (both shoes) tags, just select from the drop down menu.
